The best way to help your loved one in managing their diagnosis, is to learn more about ADHD.

Although we search for means and averages in life, there is no 'normal' way of being.
ADHD along with many other 'disorders' have a long history of stigma and stereotypes.
Learning is the best avenue to rid ourselves of these unhelpful ideas and damaging perspectives.
